Alligator Birthday Card

Happy Friday Doodle Bug Fans,

Today I'm sharing with you a birthday card I made using the KaDoddle Bug Designs Surfing Alligator. 

I first started with making the sky using Time Holtz Distress Oxide ink - Broken China & Faded Jeans. 

I used various copic markers to shade the edges of the paper pieces.  

See below for the colors used.

Waves and sand were cut using Jaded Blossom Tropical Dies.  

I used Nuvo Crystal Drops to accent the waves and white Gelly Roll pen to accent the alligator, surf board, palm tree and coconuts and I used my brush with various brown copic markers to give it more texture.

Ride the Waves

Hello there KaDoodle Bugs!! I hope everybody is enjoying the weekend!! I am stopping in today to share a card I created for a special little boy using the new Cutie KaToodles Surfing Eagle file.

I went a bit overboard with the Stickles (LOL), but it just makes it that much more interesting and fun for the recipient, so it's all good!!
