Happy 4th of July

Happy Monday!!! I am getting ready for the 4th of July and would like to share this super cute and easy card that I created using the Cutie KaToodles USA Monkey file which you can find here: http://kadoodlebugdesigns.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=26&products_id=1198

This card measures 4.25" x 5.50" and was created using both Bazzill and Recollections card stock. The patterned paper on the card is from the Doodlebug Design Inc., Patriotic Picnic paper pad.

My adorable USA Monkey was cut on my Cricut Explore and then each piece was chalked using Colorbox Chalk Inks. I adhered it al together using Art Glitter Glue. I used a white gelly roll pen to add some highlights and added some Stickles to the stars.

I found a star embellishment on Cricut Design Space and altered it to read, "Happy 4th of July". I used the Very Berry Cricut Pen and the Fontastic Font for this sentiment. I also cut out a three small banner pieces and adhered them to the back of my star. And to finish it off, I added more Stickles around the edge of the star and three sequins to the top right corner.

I am happy with how it tuned out and can't wait to send it off to it's recipient. Thank you for stopping by today to view my creation. I hope that you all have a fabulous and crafty week!!
